I have over 15 years of full time experience in the Information Security world. I’m a hand on software engineer, who has also built teams from the ground up, helped shaped corporate policy, sponsored multiple acquisitions, and built systems to tackle seemingly impossible problems.
I’ve done source code auditing / security reviews, network security, reverse engineering, big data processing, MapReduce, NoSQL, you name it, odds are I’ve worked with it.
I love working with people who are honest, innovative, and welcome challenges that border on the intractable.
From 2010-2015 I built and managed an amazing team responsible for detecting and defending against security threats posed by nation state / APT actors.
Today, I’m working on new projects at X, which used to be known as Google[X]. I love working on challenges that have high impact, enormous challenges, and global stakes. To quote Walt Disney, “It’s kind of fun to do the impossible.“
